Ceramic Braces

Braces can be lifechanging, but that doesn’t mean that everyone will be happy sporting them. For adults and image-conscious teens, traditional metal braces leave a lot to be desired. However, that does not mean that these individuals cannot get treatment. There are many attractive braces options, one of which is ceramic braces.

Ceramic braces have the same size and shape as traditional braces. The difference is in the brackets. Made from tooth-colored or clear material, they blend into the teeth. They look great and do not sacrifice anything in terms of the quality of the results they deliver.

The caveat with ceramic braces is that they are delicate. As a result, they cannot be used with younger patients or anyone who plays contact sports or wind instruments. They also can only go on the upper front teeth. Still, for the right patients, they can offer aesthetic treatment.
